Project Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as PM of software development and implementation is required.
- Have good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodology.
- Strong management skills, including leadership, coaching, teamwork, trust-building, conflict management, time management, and conducting effective meetings.
- Have coding or programming experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Managing software development and implementation project, monitoring progress, leading quality assurance.
- Define key milestone in the project and estimate project scope, timeline, budget and required resources.
- Arrange and prepare meeting documents
- Liaise with the clients. Presenting results, preparing deliverables, writing reports.
Sales Executive
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field
- At least 1-5 years of working experience in Sales or related
- Sales experience in IT industry will be a big plus
- Strong relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration skills
- Good logic and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good command in English and Thai
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing sales activities related to our services and solutions
- Establish and develop positive relationship with new customers & maintain good relationship with existing customers
- Understand customers’ need and coordinate with relevant parties for suitable solutions to propose
- Prepare costing quotations and proposals to customers and follow up until closing
- Act as a key coordinator and feedback channel to technical teams on fulfillment of sales contract and ensure smooth delivery to customers
- Supply management with reports such as sales forecasts, pipeline update and sales activities progress
- Provide basic product knowledge to customer
Business Analyst
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other IT related fields.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge in programing will be advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with project team and get requirement from user and business analysis
- To undertake an initial analysis of customer requirement to demonstrate an understanding of the requirements, working with operations, to ensure a choice of solutions can be presented.
- Get requirement from user to identify and analysis gap for product implementation
- Work with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), Design user interface, testing, training, defining support procedures
- Understand the function of product and customize with customer requirement by function
- To ensure all documentation is delivered to a high standard for user manual and is approved by all internal and external counterparts.
- Where appropriate, work with systems analysts to assist with the understanding of required changes.
- To assist the test team with regards to creating and approving a required test plan.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client to ensure project completion follow business requirement
Software Developer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)
- 0-3 years of Experience
- Interested in working in a DevOps Culture
- Knowledgeable in Client-Server Web Application / Architecture
- Knowledgeable in JavaScript / HTML / CSS
- Experienced in Frontend Framework or Library (ex: Angular, React, Vue)
- Experienced in Backend Framework (ex: Spring boot (Java), .Net Core (C#), Golang, Nest.js)
- Team player, Can do attitude, and Eager to learn new things
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Web/mobile application from Figma / Adobe XD Design
- Design and develop Web API/Web Service from requirements
- Collaborate with design team to ensure the quality of work
- Review source code
- Ensure the quality meets the requirement before sending them to the test team
- Design database for Web Application system
- Understanding and supportive when encountered issues or errors
- Collect and analyze data to identify and solve issues while preventing any setbacks in the future
- Delivering work on time
- Self-motivated and eager to improve yourself and the team
